PsyD Student

Evin-Nazya Musgrove is a PsyD clinical psychology student at Loma Linda University's School of Behavioral Health. She graduated from Andrews University with a BS in Psychology and minors in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

Evin’s research interests include treating adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety-related disorders like obsessive-compulsive and generalized anxiety disorder, using various evidence-based treatment modalities in clinical and university settings. Evin is also interested in providing couples and families with the tools to thrive in their relationship dynamics through mindfulness techniques and increased problem-solving skills.

Prior to pursuing her PsyD, Evin worked as a Therapeutic Assistant I at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Center for Autism and Related Disorders, in Baltimore, Maryland. Under the direct supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist, Evin provided speech and behavioral therapy to toddlers ages one to five on the autism spectrum alongside other speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavioral psychologists, and social workers.

In her free time, Evin enjoys health and fitness-related activities, singing, songwriting, and content-creating for her brand, “Evin Nazya,” and for the artist-collective brand, “Passionfroot.”
